My client, a Global Private Equity Firm is seeking an experienced, polished Reception/Office Assistant to join the team on a 12-month contract.

Based in the West End, on their reception, you will be the first point of contact, you will have sole responsibility for meeting and greeting organised clients and visitors. In this role, you will organise the meeting rooms, making sure that they are presentable and ready for use. You will answer all incoming telephone calls, taking detailed accurate messages and transferring internal calls. In this role, you will assist with the day to day running of the office, making sure that the office is stocked up with food and stationery, you will assist with filling and all related ad-hoc administration.
