Working on a busy Front of House Reception for an established corporate client based in the heart of the City, this is a fantastic opportunity for a personable, professional individual with strong administration and MS Office skills.
Hours for this role are 10am - 6pm.
Working alongside another Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting candidates of all levels, booking and helping to prepare meeting rooms, organising taxis and couriers, as well as managing a busy switchboard and liaising with third parties such as suppliers and contractors.
We are seeking a candidate with strong administrative skills, as you will also be responsible for supporting the Head of Facilities when required, as well as processing invoices and updating computer records.
To secure this role, we are seeking an individual who thrives in a client facing role, and is looking for the stability of a position in which they can remain for a long time.
MS Office skills (Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint) will be required, as will previous Corporate Reception experience.
