Leading International Marketing Agency - HR Director UK and EMEA

One of the world’s fastest growing Marketing Agencies is now recruiting a HR Director for the UK & EMEA.  They value their relationships with their clients and partner agencies to create harmonious and seamless ways of working.

As HR Director, UK & EMEA, you will be responsible for senior level decision making and day to day management for the strategic direction of the organisation.

This is a senior role within the business and you will be part of the UK senior management committee.

You will be a partner to the UK MDs and FD working closely with them and having an overview of the EMEA offices.  This role will have responsibility for all UK HR general topics such as resource planning, learning & development and managing a variety of ER issues.  You will also oversee the company’s salary review process, payroll and all compensation and benefits issues.

The HRD will work closely with the Global HR Director to ensure the HR Strategy is implemented across the business.

The ideal HRD will be CIDP qualified and have several years’ experience in HR and have managed a team.  Previous proven experience to drive an HR strategy is essential along with the ability to demonstrate maturity, professionalism and gravitas.  You must be able to problem solve and be results focussed – understanding what is important to staff, clients and management is essential along with being committed to achieving goals.  A tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organisation is key.  You must be able to display integrity at all times and be sincere in your own behaviour and in dealings with others.
