Personal Assistant Role at CADA Design

This is great opportunity within an award winning design agency for an outstanding and proactive PA who likes to get involved.

There is a lot of scope to make the role your own as you grow into your responsibilities - getting involved in projects as you attend meetings and work closely with the head of departments, the design team and clients.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one PA support to a Director with periods of extensive dictation and sole responsibility for typing all of the Director's emails
  • Managing the Director’s diary, both paper and digital and correspondence
  • Produce minutes, schedules and programmes for all active and potential work coming into the studio
  • Produce fee proposals with the Director and input deliverables to the studio
  • Book travel, accommodation and couriers
  • Work closely with the Studio Manager/PA including covering during periods of annual leave
  • Project team support and administration as required
  • Extensive client liaison

Experience, knowledge and qualifications required for this position

  • Min Typing speed of 60WPM
  • Previous PA experience essential
  • Proven minuting ability
  • Mac proficient / Microsoft office / knowledge of Adobe Indesign advantageous
  • Great knowledge of the restaurant scene and love of food a distinct advantage!
  • Second language advantageous
