An excellent career opportunity for an Executive Assistant at CEO level looking for a new challenge with a wider scope to add value in an investment firm based in the City.  

The company have a long standing history within the City of London and for the right candidate; this will be an exciting and truly fascinating company to work for.  

As the Executive Assistant, you will be providing exceptional support to a successful CEO. Responsibilities will include proactive diary management, inbox management, coordinating travel and supporting with arranging meetings. You will also be representing the CEO and working closely with the team to be an ambassador for the business.  You will be involved in arranging and sometimes attending high profile events in some incredible venues.  Naturally with this will come the opportunity to liaise and socialise with high profile individuals.  As there will be occasional evening work, the company offer a £500 clothing allowance. Event management will include managing catering support, entertainment and associated matters. Issuing invitations to official and private guests, and collating replies.  Coordinating table plans, menus, as well as the co-ordination of music, flowers and gifts.  

You will also be involved in commercial project work.  The CEO of the Company helps to initiate and manage commercial projects within the Company’s property portfolio. You will be expected to assist in this work from time to time, including liaising with professional advisers and contractors.  

To be successful in this role you will have a positive attitude, will be able to liaise with people at all levels, have a fantastic sense of humour and be extremely discreet. 

The ideal candidate:

·         Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

 

·         Senior PA background

 

·         Degree educated or equivalent 

 

·         Strong communicator – articulate and high standards of written communication

 

·         Meticulous planning and attention to detail

 

·         Resilient and composed under pressure

 

·         Ability to organise self and others

 

·         A welcoming attitude and ability to reinforce the values of the company

 

·         Excellent interpersonal skills
