This is fantastic HR Assistant working for an International finance company, based in beautiful offices in Green Park. They are looking for a professional, hardworking and efficient candidate to join the small team. This role will give you very good exposure to the whole business and an in-depth understanding of the industry.

They are looking for someone who is processed driven, very good attention to detail and can support them to reduce their work load.

The ideal candidate would have 1 years plus experience within an administration role, HR or recruitment. They ideally are looking for someone with a professional services background or finance.

  • Benefits and general HR Administration
  • Talent Management Support

  • Integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on high quality output
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams at once
  • Adaptable and responsive to changes in schedules or priorities, often at short notice
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling them to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external parties at all levels
  • Team player who can also work on own initiative
