Our client is a privately owned property development and investment company specialising in residential and commercial property throughout Central and Greater London.  They are looking for a third member to join their team as a Property Operations Executive.  You will be involved in all aspects of the business from being the Office Manager, the Directors PA, Property Management and so much more.  This is a great opportunity to join a small but growing company and your role will involve  

  • Assisting in the day to day activities of a property development company
  • Management of small residential lettings portfolio (check in / check out)
  • Online research in to property values (rents & sales)
  • Liaising with Estate agents
  • Coordination of maintenance / utilities
  • Production and management of project folders
  • Coordination of information with the design team
  • Office management and stationary ordering
  • Invoice production and coordination with accounts team
  • Supporting the directors in email drafting
  • Preparation of information for VAT returns

You must have excellent written English and be incredibly organised along with having high attention to detail.  Property experience would also be beneficial.
