An exciting exec search company with some fantastic offices are seeking a motivated Search Coordinator to support their team.

Duties:
•    Diary management and interview scheduling
•    Managing the client / candidate database
•    Preparing client documents
•    Main point of contact for clients
•    Scheduling meetings – virtual and face-to-face
•    Support Directors with client projects
•    Proof-reading presentations


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exec search experience wanting to stay within the industry and work for a top firm. You’ll ideally have a degree and 4 years’ experience under your belt. The role involves a large amount of admin so you must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent verbal/written English. You must be a real ‘go-getter’ and thrive under pressure. You’ll be joining a friendly team with lots of scope for growth.
