My client, a top Tech agency based in West London, are looking for a bright and efficient Team Administrator to join their HR team. You will act as the team’s first point of contact and as a linchpin in delivering key projects and objectives. They are a really well connected agency, so will provide you with opportunities to work with some of the brightest names in the industry.
Your typical duties as Team Administrator will include extensive data analysis using Excel, and ensuring that the HR database is kept up to date with accurate information, in compliance with legislation. You will also help with developing procedures and policies and providing data for reports and documents. You will assist in the recruitment process by coordinating application materials and documents, and preparing any relevant interview materials. You will also undergo Team Assistant duties, such as booking travel (domestic and international), setting up meetings (booking rooms, arranging catering) and diary management. There is also the potential to get involved with ad hoc projects.
For this Team Administrator role you MUST have 3-5 years’ experience as an Administrator or Team Assistant, preferably within a tech/creative background. You must be meticulously organised, and be able to pick up new systems quickly. You must be particularly adept at using databases, with excellent Excel skills in particular. Discretion is essential, as you will be dealing with a lot of confidential information. You must have a positive, can-do attitude and a muck-in mindset no matter how big or small the task.
If this sounds like the perfect role for you, apply now for immediate interview.
