Aimed primarily at the business and residential, sectors we have over 10 years of experience managing, mobilising, and developing client services. Our fully managed services include reception, concierge, client meeting rooms and events, switchboard, helpdesk and other ‘soft’ services.

DUTIES:
- Supervise, motivate and develop individuals within the team to enable them to meet current and future team and client needs.
- Lead by example, be reliable, flexible, honest and a strong advocate for Portico and the Client.
- Review the team rotas in conjunction with your colleagues to ensure adequate cover in your relevant areas at all times at all sites at all times to ensure the provision of a consistent service.
- Provide day to day direction and coaching to the Welcome team to ensure that all training and competency records for each team member is maintained.
- Take appropriate action to address service issues to the satisfaction of the Client and company in order to maintain client loyalty and to ensure that all non-conformance issues and outcomes are recorded, resolved with the appropriate guidance from your line manager.
- Ensure that you and your teams are Security conscious. Ensure that all visitors have a host and clearly display their visitor badge at all times.
- Provide and supervise our meet and greet, switchboard, meeting room (including Audio Visual Services), post, couriers and taxi-organising service.
- We're looking for someone who loves providing a warm, upbeat welcome and making people feel at home. In addition you'll have outstanding personal presentation with the ability to engage with people in a genuine and welcoming way. Previous experience of in good quality service environment is preferred.
EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- A proven track record of successfully leading a team.
- Experience of understanding how day to day performance links in to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Being able to collate and report statistics for performance measurement.
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently face to face or over the telephone.
- Able to engage with other people to create empathy and rapport.
- Leadership skills.
- An excellent customer focused manner at all times.
- Demonstrating the ability to be proactive
- The ability to lead and develop a large, diverse team.
- The ability to lead change.
- A good eye for detail and a desire to take responsibility, through to resolution, for any issues and concerns generated by our customers.
