The company

My client creates stunning residential and mixed-use developments across London. They have an impressive reputation, and have won awards for regenerating disused parts of the capital and transforming them into vibrant communities.

The position

They now require a Receptionist due to the current Receptionist being promoted. You will be based at one of their exciting new developments in the City. This position is based front of house carrying out all reception and administrative tasks. Main responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet, answering calls.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, catering, teas and coffees.
  • Order stationery supplies and office equipment for site.
  • Typing of documents, memo’s etc.
  • Manage filing systems.
  • Arrange any necessary repairs for the site office.
  • Photocopying, binding, printing and scanning documents.

The person

  • This role would suit someone with experience within from the property sector ideally construction.
  • You must be polished and well presented as you will be the first point of contact clients and visitors will meet.
  • This role is an urgent fill so ideally you will be available immediately however my client will wait for the right person.
