Based in fabulous offices on the edge of the City, this is an amazing opportunity for a second jobber to really make a difference as the Founder’s PA.  This small expanding international company (offices in both London and Madrid) distribute Technology products to mainstream retailers.

This is a brand new PA role with some Office Management duties and offers plenty of scope to really add value and make your own.  Typical duties will include organising his diary, travel itineraries and international conference calls, some private PA work including running errands, looking  after the  HR admin (writing job specs, drafting contracts etc.), getting involved with marketing and co-ordinating tradeshows as well as taking on additional projects.

The successful candidate will be bright, articulate, proactive, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).  PA experience is essential and a flexible, can do attitude is also required.
