This well known, highly reputable international PR and Communications Consultancy headquartered in London with a global staff of more than 250 professional are looking for a Receptionist to join their existing team. The Front of House team is situated at the heart of the company and manage a pristine reception and meeting area at their London HQ.

The team of 3 are the face of the brand and should present a professional but friendly manner to every guest who enters the floor; be it client, supplier, courier, international employee or colleague.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Provide a 5 star Front of House Services for the prestigious PR firm.
  • Act as an efficient and personable first point of contact for incoming calls, clients and face-to-face internal enquiries.
  • Ensure the reception and client area reflects the corporate image of the company and the 5 star ethos of the brand.
  • Organise internal and external meetings (including room bookings, hospitality set-up, event set-up and AV assistance).
  • Ensure client meeting rooms are cleared and re-set immediately after use.
  • To work with the team to ensure the Reception runs smoothly at all times.
  • Liaise with Office Managers and/or PAs where job responsibilities overlap i.e. meeting-room bookings, post, ordering/booking taxi, couriers, stationery orders, groceries orders.
  • Working closely with IT to ensure meeting room equipment is working and to be a reliable point of contact and support for any onsite AV / Video conferencing queries.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a high level of attention to detail. As front of house to the company, this person must be engaging and warm with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. The environment will require someone who can deal with pace and pressure but also remain highly professional.

Please note that shifts will be 7.30am to 3.30pm or 10am to 6.30pm and on Mondays it will be 7am to 3pm.

The salary for this position is up to 25k, and also comes with generous benefits.
