Job Title: Receptionist

Core Working hours: 9-6

Requirements:

Passion for Reception, happy to work within a corporate environment, and excellent communication skills. 

Your daily duties will include taking incoming and internal calls, using the switchboard, managing the mail and email inbox, diary management, booking patients' appointments, excellent customer service, use of the card machine and  cash handling, and general admin.

We would expect you to:

Seek out and act on opportunities to enhance client service.

Demonstrate strong organisational skills, regularly act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions.

Take ownership of all enquiries from any area of the business, resolving or escalating as appropriate.

Manage and maintain key communication networks.

Focus on building strong working relationship with all your colleagues - Teamwork

Deal proactively with incoming correspondence/enquiries - e.g. emails, calls, mail responding as appropriate.

Be a key team player, provide cover to colleagues and client reception when required.

Exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.

Comply with policies and procedures in all aspects of the role.

Build network of strong working relationships both internally and externally.
