Senior Corporate Receptionist - £30-36k

City location

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Are you the best corporate receptionist in London? Do you have a finance or five star hospitality background and understand the true nature of front of house in a management capacity?

We are looking for the most warm and engaging individual who has a wealth of experience and a great attitude! It's a fantastic opportunity to join a leading finance house and work with a niche team, supplying a "wow factor" service.

You will be the senior member of the team and as such, must have management and appraisals experience.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Meet and greet external visitors
  • Manage the reception and Front of House individuals
  • Leading, monitoring, motivating and inspiring the team
  • Carrying out annual appraisals and performance management of staff, including monthly 121s
  • Providing ongoing development of skills and knowledge of the Front of House team
  • Managing all absence related queries, including holiday and sickness
  • Maintain the room bookings
  • Arrange catering for client meetings with external caterers
  • Book company travel, this includes, rail, air and hotel accommodation ensuring that the expense policy is strictly adhered to and pass invoices and receipts to Office Services for reconciliation
