This role is for 3 days per week , working on a shift pattern and requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills,  meticulous attention to detail and the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Gatekeeping; meeting and greeting clients for meetings, seminars, training courses and all other events
  • Maintaining an accurate and up to date visitors list, ensuring all guests are checked in and out
  • Management of meeting rooms, arranging taxis and looking after display rooms
  • Ensuring all spaces and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable at all times
  • Update security and complete a comprehensive handover
  •  Assisting with any Fire warden duties and any health and safety procedures
  • Monitoring incoming emails outside of office hours
  • Liaising with AV, catering and housekeeping teams ensuring all equipment is provided on time
  • Ensuring all messages are passed on in a timely fashion
  • Passing on all reports at the end of the shift, ensuring they are distributed to the relevant departments
  • Locking up and checking all rooms at the end of the day

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication skills, written, spoken and presentational
  • Strong team player skills
  • Proactive and confident approach, using own initiative at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail and good use of grammar
  • Polished and professional working approach at all times
