UHNW Travel Project Coordinator/PA/Events (Charter Yacht/Resort & Spa /Charity)

A well-known and highly successful family owned organisation with interests in Travel, Fashion and Property to name a few are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work alongside a Director in their specialised Travel business.

You will manage the day to day operations of a charter yacht and a luxury five star beach resort and spa alongside PA duties to the Founder and support with the organisations charitable foundations they support.

Daily you will support with ensuring the yacht is presented accurately through marketing (photography, web, copy etc.), organise and host marketing events, liaise with the broker for the charters requested, assisting with crew hire, preparing the yacht when needed such as securing uniforms, checking and updating the interior design, security etc. It would be recommended that the chosen applicant has experience as an ex-crew member alongside Projects/PA experience.

For the luxury five star beach resort and spa you will support with projects that arise, assist in the production and delivery of training to new staff, update their ‘style and experience guide’ seasonally and other adhoc tasks.

For the Founder you will be on hand to support with diary management, booking travel and support with the paperwork and day to day running of two rental properties. In addition to liaising with the organisations charitable foundations and coordinating functions as required.

To be considered for this role you will be of graduate caliber, have a wide range of project coordinative skills, marketing, and events and have a creative flair. You will be of a confident nature, able to work self-sufficiently and have top customer service ethos. Relevant experience is a must.

You must have top skills with Mac, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and packages such as Photoshop to fulfil the day to day requirements of this role.

There is travelling with this role – approx. 3 – 4 times a year and flexibility is required around events too.
