Team Assistant - Digital Marketing

We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic and bright graduate seeking a new challenge.

Our client, an executive search firm specialising in the digital media industry, are looking for a 'Search Coordinator' to jump on board and support their team.

We are looking for a graduate with around a years' admin experience. Additionally you will be well presented, focused, driven and have excellent communication skills. For the client, it is all about the right fit for them so seeking someone who is a real team player, proactive and very personable

You will be supporting the search team with extensive diary management, coordinating meetings, proof reading and formatting, preparing presentations, taking minutes in meetings, updating the internal database, coordinating complex travel itineraries, supporting the wider team with HR and events and other ad hoc requests to support the team.
