Sales Administrator/ Account Manager

The Sales Executive will spend approximately 50% of their time on the phone, securing meetings for the team.

You will posses a confident and personable telephone manner whilst securing meetings for members of the business development team. Meetings will then need to be reconfirmed closer to the date.

The remaining time will be spent on the other responsibilities for the role;

Preparation of pitch documentation for the team by gathering information from a variety of online sources before accurately displaying this within a PowerPoint presentation.

Following pitch meetings, draft proposals and then contracts for potential clients before making any amendments to client contracts

Accurately recording client contact details in SalesForce (CRM system), closing new client wins and generally ensuring the integrity of the data.

Assisting with events and sales campaigns by sending invitations, reconfirming attendance and drafting relevant documentation. If the events are held in house then there would also be the potential to attend the event to ensure it runs smoothly and is a success.

Arranging the printing of research packs to ensure that we are using the most up to date documents.

First point of contact for sales enquiries via the telephone, ensuring they are handled professionally and escalated where necessary. Along with other members of the support staff team, there will also be responsibility for answering external calls into the office when the receptionist is unable to take the call.

We are looking for;

A strong academic background

Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a fast paced sales support function, ideally within a corporate sales environment.

Confident and personable telephone manner.

Must have the ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking where necessary.

Excellent attention to detail and strong team player.

Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
