The right person will have great exposure to talent acquisition strategy; those with new and exciting ideas of how to acquire the absolute best talent in tech, and a thirst for bringing some of the industry leaders together collaboratively. 

In terms of the expectations of the role, the company are seeking someone who can hit the ground running and take immediate ownership of the position; someone highly familiar with the industry with a proven record of attaining excellent talent and building new and fresh initiatives for networking with industry leaders. Taking care of the recruitment process, resourcing and marketing will be the bulk of the position – interviewing, guiding candidates through the process and understanding the values of the business will be essential. More importantly, looking at the best methods and processes of streamlining the recruitment process will be down to you.
