Fantastic opportunity for an on the ball and committed PA to join this sophisticated, boutique investment company as a 1:1 PA supporting at a senior level.

Must have proven experience of heavy inbox management, complex diaries and international travel itineraries as well as being able to act as a gatekeeper, responding to emails and writing correspondence alongside some personal PA duties.

Would suit a PA with around 4-6 years’ previous PA experience who is proactive, stays one step ahead and keeps on top of an ever changing list of priorities. You must be unflappable and able to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently with as little disruption as possible. You will be professional, calm under pressure and have a strong emphasis on accuracy and high standards.

Beautiful, modern offices based in West London. Salary £36,000 - £40,000 plus excellent benefits.
