ExPat Administrator

This 6 month ExPat Administrator position requires someone to join the City of London based team in helping them with expatriate benefit administration. The successful candidate will need to have a keen eye for detail and to make sure the work is circulated amongst the team.

My client is a Japanese global investment bank who is looking for someone to join the City of London based office as an ExPat Administrator.

Description

This ExPat Administrator role will require the successful candidate to do the following:

• Arrange short term accommodation for expatiate staff, paying council tax on behalf of the members of staff,
• Update all costing and benefit information,
• Arrange all monthly rental payments,
• Report the monthly expenses,
• Conduct the monthly reports and send them to London's HR team,
• Process all invoices making sure they're coded and allocated correctly,
• Assisting the staff members with business trips,
• Arrange and carry out new starter inductions,
• Daily diary reporting,
• Collate management reports,
• Update organisation charts and the intranet,
• Assist with company insurance schemes.
