Our client is a very successful advisory and asset management co, and they are seeking a highly organised candidate to join their team as an Office Support Assistant on a perm basis

Duties:

• Diary and travel management

• Organising meeting – booking rooms, taking minutes & creating documents

• Maintaining the CRM database

• First point of contact for the rest of the team

• Processing expenses

• Producing month risk packs for fund managers

This is a fantastic support position where you will be liaising with staff and clients on a regular basis. You must have proven experience within a similar role. Discretion is a must, as is excellent communication skills. You’ll be joining a fantastic company who will really look after you, with lots of scope for growth.
