Award winning international law firm is looking to recruit a new Talent Administrator to provide support to the Talent Advisory team and act as a first point of contact for all HR queries.  Responsibilities will include responding to reference requests, dealing with holiday queries, processing invoices, responding to queries from new joiners, managing the firm’s HR database, ensuring the internal telephone directory is kept up to date, responding to internal and external requests for statistics and reports, administering contractual changes, supporting the annual salary review process, providing administrative support for the end of probation and annual appraisal processes and any other ad hoc duties when required. Candidates should be proactive, be confident using different systems and the basic Microsoft Office package.  Applicants should also have excellent communication skills, be a real team player and have a professional approach to work.  Previous HR and Payroll experience, along with knowledge of working with an HR database would also be beneficial. Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
