This role will involve working closely with the MiFID ii Business Manager and Program Manager,
Providing administrative support as required.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Liaise with stakeholders in various departments across the Company to follow up on
Outstanding actions and chase progress.
- Use MS Excel to handle key data and work with pivot tables, and track all outstanding project
Items and associated actions.
- Diary management, scheduling and attending meetings, with the ability to manage diary
Conflicts.
- Ensure presentations, notes and other documents are prepared and printed for participants
Prior to the start off all meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings as required and following up on any necessary actions with
Colleagues.
- Work on presentations either independently or in conjunction with the Business Manager.
- Field telephone and email enquiries (internal and external).
- General administration involving all Microsoft Office applications.
- To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise work according to deadlines and multi-task
- Able to work unsupervised and independently
- Personable with the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
- Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to a range of tasks
- Plenty of initiative, with a proactive approach
- Highly engaged, with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (experience in using
Pivot tables is needed)
- High level of integrity and display values in alignment with the organisation’s principles
- Able to exercise discretion and confidentiality
- Confident and able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across different cultures and
