6 mth fixed term contract as PA to Heads of Department/Team Assistant within a global Insurance firm.
Immediate start.
This role will be to provide PA support to 2 well established heads of department within a highly respected central City Insurance firm. There will be additional ad hoc administrative support to a larger team.
We are seeking someone proactive, experienced in supporting at a senior level yet able to manage the demands of a busy team - and able to start immediately or with a maximum of a week's notice.
