This Charity business needs you, an experienced HR Administrator with fabulous people skills to start temping with them asap. You will have experience in either HR Administration/Recruitment and ideally be able to start asap. This is for three months initially with a view to being extended. You will work with a small but very busy team.

Duties:

• On boarding new starters

• Matching buddies to new starters

• Recruitment inbox management

• Advertising vacant roles online

• Working with recruitment agents to support recruitment & agree terms and rates

• Monitoring sign off on recruitment plans

• Payroll preparation

• Monitoring probation periods, letting LMs know when a team member's is coming to an end

• Monitoring fixed term contracts, checking extensions with LMs

• Updating staff lists to reflect new starters

• Drafting letters for contract extensions

• Sending contract details to external contacts for processing

• Sending first day emails to new starters

• DBS check processing

• Sending out logins to new starters

• Managing people files

• Emailing and posting out contracts

• Sending out book tokens to new starters

• Attending interviews as a People Team representative

• Creating agendas
