3 month FTC, Legal Receptionist at Liverpool Street, 10am to 6pm – to £30,000 pro rata

US law firm is looking to hire a Legal Receptionist to start asap to cover the hours 10am to 6pm on an initial 3 month fixed term contract.  This firm is based in the City, a short walk from Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street.   This role will be a full on Front of House / Receptionist role where you will be expected to offer a first class and professional services to internal and external clients.  Responsibilities will include meeting and greeting, managing conference rooms, taking ownership of switchboard, handling all telephone enquiries, liaising with IT regarding any equipment that may be required for meetings, organising taxis and couriers an assisting the Office Manager when required.  Candidates must have previous legal/corporate reception experience on Front of House plus be available immediately.
