Norma Skemp Recruitment is a privately owned, independent consultancy based in W1. Est in 1952, we work with a very diverse and International client base and have an outstanding reputation for providing a unique and personal style of recruitment. After 5 years in the role, our superstar administrator will be leaving us at the end of January and we are therefore searching for a very special person to join us on either 4 or 5 day a week basis. This lynchpin role requires a really warm, personable, articulate person who is super organised and loves interacting with both candidates and clients whilst supporting consultants. This would suit either a graduate calibre applicant, with an interest of growing into a consultant role, or perhaps a Mother looking to return to work and become part of a really friendly small team.

 

 

 

Responsibilities will include

 

 

 

·                Providing first class administrative support to the team of consultants

 

·                Management and scheduling of candidate interviews

 

·                Diary management

 

·                Website maintenance and updating and uploading job sites.

 

·                Managing weekly payroll, holiday pay and liaising with temporary candidates

 

·                Processing payments

 

·                New starter/leaver procedures such as referencing and booking management

 

·                Database management

 

·                Meeting and greeting candidates

 

·                Managing office orders, deliveries and equipment maintenance 

 

·                Candidate and client sourcing

 

·                Managing weekly spreadsheets

 

·                Inbox management and managing all incoming. 

 

·                All general administration needed to ensure the smooth running of office

 

 

 

Hours are 9 – 6 and a good grasp of MS Office skills is essential!! Please send your most up to date CV to Francesca.
