Based in stunning West End offices, this successful, fast growing and very friendly private equity company is seeking a well spoken and presented Receptionist. This is a client facing role and you’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors. Working alongside the Senior Receptionist (who will train you in their systems) you will proactively manage the reception and meeting room areas, ensuring phones are answered, meeting and greeting clients and organising drinks, lunches, couriers and taxis. You’ll also operate all technology in the meeting rooms and help guests set up conference calls and presentations. This is a busy role in a lovely environment and office hours are only 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Some previous reception experience is required and attitude is key - helpful, positive and professional, you’ll need to be customer focused, well groomed and a great team player, with an intermediate level of Outlook, Word & Excel.
