We are currently recruiting for quite a few **Amazing** temporary PA opportunities - working for the biggest advertising, marketing and media agencies across our capital! 

We are looking for Creaitve, bright, articulate and experienced temp PAs with fantastic skills!  
Our fast paced, challenging and diverse PA roles require industry savvy PAs -

The duties will be as below – 

• Extensive diary management and organising global travel 

• Administrative support with processing expenses, managing budgets, raising invoices, handling all incoming and outgoing calls, creating reports, presentations and amending contracts etc. 

• Really strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Outlook skills 

We are looking for lovely PAs who are used to the demands and expectations of supporting senior level executives and are able to get results quickly and calmly with tight deadlines. You should also be confident multi-taskers who enjoy providing business support together with a good understanding of the Creative Industries and key people within it.
