Internal recruiter

This is a great new role working for a FTSE 100 Retail organisation based in the City of London, initially a 3 month temporary contract, it could be extended for the right person

Working in a new role assisting with the recruitment of digital and e-commerce solutions, this is working for the digital hub. The digital world is growing, people buying online and this role is to assist in the recruitment of this busy division of the business

ROLE:
Resourcing candidates for jobs,
Using a candidate tracker system to post adverts, manage responses, invite into interview
Working with internal stakeholders
managing the end to end recruitment campaigns
Acting as a Brand Ambassador
Working with the HR team to assist with onboarding

SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in either agency or in-house recruitment
Ability to manage end to end internal recruitment cycle
Extremely organised
Able to liaise with Stakeholders of all levels
Influencing and persuasion skills
