My client, a leading fashion brand is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their busy London office. This is a really exciting time for the company as they continue to grow and develop the brand.

Key Customer Service Manager responsibilities include managing all queries across the retail stores and website, implementing quality standards, identifying issues across the brand and motivating the team. A large part of the role will include reporting to senior management and collating data. You will be responsible for identifying key customer themes, trends and new initiatives to drive business. It’s is important that you have prior experience of implementing processes and managing a team. You will also be responsible for organising training sessions and planning staff rotas.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Customer Service Manager in the fashion industry. You must be approachable, friendly and personable.
