Based in West London, our client, a prestigious technology corporation, is looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator/PA to provide support across all areas within the business.
An exciting and busy role that you can really make your own, your remit will consist of a variety of duties, including full diary management, travel planning and expense management for the CEO and Executive Management Team along with Facilities Management including Health and Safety Regulations, managing the Reception function and providing admin support across the office to include the ordering all offices supplies.
The ideal candidate will have similar Administrative/PA/Office Management experience and be exceptionally personable with strong communication skills. They are looking for a real team player who enjoys “mucking in” and being that “go to person”.
