Team Secretary Global Accountancy Firm 6-month contract
A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and professional team secretary to support a busy and dynamic team within a fast-paced international accountancy firm.
If you are an experienced Secretary who enjoys managing a busy workload and would like to take on broader responsibilities within your role, then this is the job for you! You will be supporting a busy team who are very keen to find an organised and efficient Secretary who they can support them to a high level and is keen to also develop their own role.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Intensive diary management and organising internal and external meetings
- Travel arrangements and full itinerary preparation
- Manage monthly billing process for the team
- Inbox and email management in directors absence
Key requirements:
- Previous solid Secretarial experience within a professional services or corporate environment is essential
- Strong Microsoft IT skills across Word, Excel and PowerPoint
