Administration Assistant for City Financial Organisation £30,000

JOB SUMMARY:

To assist with the day to day general administration for the Directors, and provide support to the Senior Assistants dealing with routine tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team.

Some typing skills would be advantageous to provide cover and for specific projects. Excel skills are essential

 

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

General administration to include:-

Preparation and processing of all new client forms and amendments

Administration for clients joining nominees including book costs

Monitor transfer of assets/cash from other institutions.

Monitoring of cash and stock positions and corporate actions.

SA subscriptions and transfers

Liaise with operations department

Checking despatch of contract notes

Checking fees and issuing fee notes

Ensuring maintenance of client KYC on systems

Ensuring client reviews are recorded correctly on systems

Communicating with clients

General record keeping and electronic filing

Keying in client information into our system

Sending out valuations to clients where required.

Arranging regular payments to clients, where the standing order system is unable to do it.

Assistance in the preparation of pitch documents

This list is not exclusive and there may be additional duties to perform.

 

EXPERIENCE

Previous administration experience within Wealth Management/Asset Management/Investment Banking and financial services essential– however additional training will be provided.

Good system skills
