We are recruiting for a non for profit based in central London. This is covering holiday. The role is busy and demanding and requires an experiences professional PA.

Duties:

  • To provide full PA support to the Chair and Chief Executive, acting as their key contact for business.
  • To undertake, as well as oversee, extensive diary management including pro-actively identifying clashes and taking steps to resolve them.
  • To manage the Chair and Chief Executive’s incoming and outgoing correspondence, including redirecting letters for advice and drafting responses as appropriate and in their absence, ensuring all urgent or important issues are passed on and dealt with appropriately.
  • To manage the Chair and Chief Executive’s briefing arrangements including the commissioning and checking of briefing documents.
  • To provide administrative support to the process of Trustee appointment and re-appointment including arranging review meetings between the Chair and individual Board members and providing briefing material.
  • To attend and take minutes and action notes at meetings when required, including being Secretary to the Equality Steering Group and deputising for the Secretary to Management Board when absent.
  • To ensure a clear and efficient electronic and paper filing system is maintained in the office.
  • Line management of Administrator in the Chair and Chief Executive’s office.
  • To undertake other tasks required by the Chair and Chief Executive as they arise

The role is to start Monday 30th January and will be for 6 weeks.
