An exciting new opportunity has arisen a customer focused individual with a keen eye for detail and intermediate numerical skills to work as a pensions administrator in a global pensions provider for a well known aviation organisation.
Your new role
Perform detailed benefit administration duties to support the team leader in accordance with company standards, manage outstanding work to ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLAs. Respond to a high volume of enquiries to members via email and in letter form while ensuring the data base is kept organised with accurate information.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you will need a minimum B GCSE in Maths, a strong customer focus, attention to detail and the want to develop a career in customer service is important as well as following procedures and processes. Excellent written and verbal communications is required as well as ideally 1 years experience in a recent administrative role or recent graduate level.
