We are looking for an experienced and forward looking Head of Facilities to join our client, a unique research company based in London. This is a career defining role in which the hired candidate will be able to transform and build the working space.

 

 A key position within the business, you will build relationships with senior managers, founding partners and stakeholders to ensure the facilities are maintained to the highest standards and offer a high functionality for the research teams.

 

 You will have experience of managing real estate and facilities, ideally having project managed the completion and opening of a new office space, with prior experience of having liaised with contractors and architects. In this role you will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, development of policies and procedures and management of all supplier contracts.

 

 Management forms a large part of this role; both of complex budgets and projects, and of your facilities operations team; the hired candidate will be leading a team, completing appraisals and ensuring their continued growth and development.
