The Role

Working within the HR, your role will be involved and challenging - this position requires an understanding of SAP. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Administrative support to the team, assisting with the quality and accuracy of data and the input of information into the company system
• Ensuring all variations to HR data are within SAP system are accurate and are in line with time constraints
• Assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures, advising on improvements
• Track human capital reports and assist with queries in relation to HR data
• Assisting with the review of HR data and supporting the team with the implementation of human capital developments

Ideally, our client is seeking an individual with prior experience within HR - excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Ideally, you will have had exposure to SAP and HR systems previously and should be comfortable working with data and information.
