A prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Part-time Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager on an initial 13 Month FTC to work either 3 or 4 days a week, acting as the main point of contact for the London Trainee programme. Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of employer branding, including reviewing all promotional materials, maintaining the content of the graduate recruitment website, manage the trainee vacation scheme and open day selection processes which involves pre-screening, interviewing and chairing the decision making process, continue to develop the Training Contract Assessment Centres and provide advice to internal and external clients on all aspects of the process, oversea the planning of the work experience scheme and internships, manage the annual ‘milkround’ along with attending law fairs, develop the firm’s strategy for profile raising at universities throughout the UK, providing guidance and skills sessions on campus, manage and provide advice regarding the various diversity programmes in place, in particular social mobility.  Other duties will include managing the trainee solicitor seat schedule process and trainee solicitor qualification process to meet the guidelines of the SRA, monitor current and future trainee performance from the GDL through to qualification, manage the appraisal process on a bi-annual basis.  Within this role you will be managing and developing a Graduate Recruitment & Development Coordinator and working closely with the HR team on global initiatives, compensation and benefits, preparing the Graduate Recruitment Budget.  Candidates must have a degree along with experience working as a Graduate Recruitment Manager within a Law Firm.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with stunning offices being based in the City.
