Customer Account Administrator
A permanent Customer Account Administrator role working for a Membership organisation in central London.
Your new company
This organisation is a licensing membership body which was established over 30 years ago. They believe that creators and publishers should receive reward for their work and when it's re-used by others.
Your new role
The main duties of the role is to maintain and generate orders and documentation for new and existing licenses.You'll be dealing with queries when they arise from customers and be first line support. All correspondence will be actioned either by email or over the phone and must adhere to the organisations code of conduct. You must be able to help out on reception when needed and facilitate meeting rooms when required.Finally you must be able to produce business reports for analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a success in the position you must be flexible and a team player. You must have proven customer service experience with an emphasis of email and phone correspondence. Strong Admin and IT skills. Finally you must be proactive with good attention to detail.
