Outstanding FinTech firm seeks Assistant – one of a kind opportunity to work at the heart of a busy, growing, challenging and exciting tech start-up, working directly on the client side.  An demonstrable interest in tech is essential.

As Assistant in this exciting company with BIG PLANS for the next 12 months, duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting top clients
  • Maintaining databases and marketing lists
  • Putting together and executing marketing ideas
  • Working as part of the small, close-knit team to support various projects
  • Working with the company’s PA to help run the office in a smooth and fun manner
  • Planning and executing events, gathering feedback to improve processes
  • Other duties, including administration, third party liaison, client relationship management, etc. 

The scope is endless, in this

You will be right hand to the Client Relationship Manager in their varied endeavours, plus be a lynchpin across the office, working closely with the firm’s PA.  Everyone who works here is warm, fun, intelligent and inspiring.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves to “roll up the sleeves” and get involved – calling all team players!
