Rapidly growing media firm based in Islington, have a unique new requirement for a Marketing Coordinator/ Executive Assistant to join a rapidly growing digital media firm. You will be providing PA support for the founding partner and acting as a Marketing Coordinator for the Marketing Director. You role will be hugely varied while working within a dynamic and fast paced environment:

  •          Copy writing / conducting research
  •          Social media management
  •          Events administration / coordination
  •          Project management
  •          Marketing admin support
  •          Client account support
  •          PA responsibilities: diary/travel management, office management, fielding calls,    correspondence, first point of contact, etc.

While supporting two charming founding partners who are extremely personable and will encourage you to use your initiative and wonderful communication skills on a daily basis, your duties and responsibilities will be vast and varied; you could be managing the smooth running of your boss’s day one minute then helping project manage a client account the next.

The role would suit someone who enjoys the variety of a dual role, enjoys setting up systems and process, is able take on additional projects, while working in a very collaborative environment. Sense of humour and a sociable demina is a must for this firm!

This is not a ‘traditional’ role.............you don’t need to have endless amounts of support experience, you simply would have worked within a role that you can demonstrate implementing processes/systems, organising senior individuals, a genuine interest in marketing and ‘making things happen’.

Ideally you would be a fairly recent graduate and have worked within a small to medium sized firm. The company are rapidly growing, hence, there are endless opportunities for the right person who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment.
