Part Time Call Centre Agent

Our client is looking for a Call Centre agent to join their Business Support Centre in central Reading on a part time basis (21 hours a week). Hours will be Monday- Friday 9am until 1pm.

Based in Reading, the Call Centre Agent will be working in a medium sized team with a friendly atmosphere.

Description

As a Part Time Call Centre Agent you will be:

• Answering calls and emails
• Updating customers on time lines
• Booking meeting rooms
• Undertaking any required admin tasks

Profile

The Part Time Call Centre Agent will have:

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
• A good telephone Manner
• Good communication skills
• Experience of working to targets or deadlines
