PA to VP in creative business

My client a high end luxury brand company based in stunning offices in the heart of the West End is looking for an Executive Assistant to join them and provide 1:1 PA support.

This role is suitable for a EA who is at the top of their game, who enjoys a fast pace, can think on their feet, is used to working in an unstructured ever changing environment and works in a proactive manner.

Communication will be key as well as an ability to manage a busy inbox, a back to back diary and be results orientated. The successful candidate will be able to anticipate next steps and what will be required, whether that is an overview on previous meetings, papers required for particular meetings or prepared research ahead of a meeting. Whilst this is a highly covetable position it is also challenging and a proven track record in a creative / unstructured environment will be advantageous.

Being a new role, the successful candidate will need to be able to establish themselves and work closely with the VP to form a relationship and undertand how best they will be able to support the VP.

• Extensive diary management and inbox management
• Keeping VP up to speed
• Being proactive and one step ahead
• Meeting preparation and research
• Liaising at senior levels
