A world leading international publishing and media group based in the West End are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to work closely with their CEO and an Executive Member.
Your role, as an Executive Assistant, will be to provide top senior level support whilst making your mark in a unique and extremely fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be resilient so skillfully manage travel arrangements and last minute changes, plus have strong experience with managing Gmail calendars with appointments across time zones. There will be exciting opportunities to get involved in various projects and research so the ability to learn quickly is key. You will be extremely personable with a friendly communication style and keen eye for detail. You will be working for a fantastic company where everyone is hugely invested in and passionate about what they do.
The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated (minimum A levels) with extensive EA/ PA experience. The business offers a fast paced working culture and a friendly driven team. They are based in superb West End offices with top benefits and perks such as free lunches and having your birthday away from the offices! This is a unique opportunity for a top, experienced EA with massive scope to develop and progress as the business grows. They are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who will really get stuck in from the start, work well under pressure and become an invaluable member of the team.
