Accounts Payable temps needed for various companies

We are looking for experience AP temps to work with a number of our clients. We are particularly interested to hear from candididates with SAP or SAGE experience

What does the role consist of?

Your main duty will be to look after the posting of cash receipts and payments for their group of companies. This will include;

• Posting of bank receipts and payments
• Bank reconciliations for all group companies
• Cash books
• Answering phone calls and taking messages on behalf of the team
• Filing/copying
• Along with any adhoc duties that might be require.

What will the successful candidate be like?

• Experienced in Reconciliations and general financial admin
• Highly experienced in using Excel and Word
• Experience of SAP or SAGE desirable
• Good attention to detail
• Responsible and trustworthy
• A real team player with a desire to succeed.
• Working towards a qualifcation such as AAT
