Project, Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Boutique Design Agency, Vauxhall, London SE11

A fantastic opportunity exists for an intelligent graduate 2nd jobber with experience in project management and marketing strategy, an interest in design and Health & well being! Our client is a purpose – led design boutique which specializes in delivering incredible outcomes and experiences in the well being sector. Clients are high profile and dynamic Health organisations. The culture is intelligent, dynamic and friendly and opportunities abound to develop and expand the role.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, your role is split 50/50 between project managing external client projects and managing the delivery of the company’s marketing strategy.

Specifically you will lead client projects that support and propel the business through excellent project planning, timeline and budget management, manage project teams and deliver high quality documents, reports, proposals and other client facing documentation.

In terms of supporting the marketing strategy you will manage the proposal process, organize marketing events, maintain the website, submit awards, distribute email marketing, manage and maintain the CRM system, social media channels and case study portfolios.

You are a meticulously well organized conscientious graduate calibre with demonstrable project management skills (qualifications desirable) and you will be a graduate 2^nd jobber. Useful would be an interest in Sales & Marketing, an understanding and appreciation of design and a curiosity as to how design can address complex health & well being challenges. You are a strong self starter with superb communication and written skills and be passionate, driven and thorough in approach.
