An exciting opportunity has become available for a savvy Receptionist to be part of a fun and friendly team based in Central London. The role is paying £20,000 with great hours and great benefits and an ideal place to start your career as a Receptionist or gain the skills to work your way up. Currently they are looking for either an immediate permanent Receptionist or a temp-perm to be able to fill the position quickly.

The duties include:  

  • Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism and keeping a record of visitors.
  • Liaising with IT staff/ general support staff to assist with IT issues.
  • Maintaining the meeting rooms and offer hot and cold beverages to visitors.
  • Ensure the catering staffs are informed of lunch requirements.
  • Provide typing support if needed from in house staff.

We are looking for:

  • A confident and pro-active individual, able to multi-task.
  • Excellent telephone manner, friendly, polite and helpful.
  • Able to organise and prioritise tasks.
  • Able to work in a stand-alone role if necessary.
